Installation and restoration of fire safety systems for the Royal residential complex

In 2024, our company completed a full scope of maintenance and restoration works for the fire safety systems of the Royal residential complex in Almaty. The project included fire hose rewinding, supply of fire extinguishers, and restoration of the fire alarm system.

The main objective of the project was to ensure the proper condition of the key fire protection elements, improve the operational readiness of engineering systems, and strengthen the overall safety level of the residential complex. For residential properties, it is especially important to keep both fire detection systems and primary firefighting equipment in working condition.

As part of the project, the existing infrastructure was inspected, the fire alarm system was restored to working condition, and the facility was equipped with the necessary fire safety equipment. Special attention was paid to the accuracy of the work, the reliability of the solutions, and the readiness of the systems for further operation.

As a result, the client received an updated fire protection infrastructure aimed at improving the safety of residents, maintenance personnel, and shared property within the residential complex.
