In 2025, our company completed a full scope of work to equip the Seneca residential complex in Almaty with modern security systems. The project included installation of a fire alarm system, video surveillance, intercom systems, and barrier gates.

The main objective of the project was to improve the overall safety level of the residential complex, ensure timely detection of possible emergency situations, organize visual monitoring of the territory, and create a convenient managed access system for residents and visitors.

As part of the project, a complete range of preparation, installation, and configuration works was carried out. Special attention was paid to the correct placement of system components, reliability of connections, ease of further operation, and coordinated performance of all installed solutions.

As a result, the client received a comprehensive system aimed at improving fire safety, territory monitoring, access regulation, and the overall comfort and manageability of the residential complex.
